BWMS manages inventory from receipt of raw material to delivery of finished product to the customer. Interfacing with the ERP system at strategic points and utilizing barcoding technology, BWMS reduces data capture, automates manual processes and eliminates human error to reflect accurate stock levels in near real time.

Caravel ASK Automotive Supply Kit processes weekly and monthly demand from major assembly plants into component suppliers’ MRP systems and in turn generates releases for the next tier of suppliers.

Caravel EDI provides a platform for managing data flows into and out of the SYSPRO database via e.net Business Objects to process transactions from a variety of data sources such as shop floor data collection points, third-party applications and external application programming interfaces.

Caravel Online is a browser-based platform which hosts custom-designed applications as well as products such as Caravel CORQ – Caravel Online Requisitions – which allows staff who do not have access to a normal SYSPRO license to generate requisitions into the database.

eDox is an online document management system. It creates and stores invoices, credit notes, statements and any other documents required. This saves paper and processing time, reduces queries and provides a self-help system for customers.

NetSkill is a specialized software application used to manage skills and training needs for any type of organization. It incorporates a training module which uses text and video as well as audio.

Prompt is an advanced debtor management system that interacts with SYSPRO, providing drill down views into specified ageing periods for selected customers.

RRS (RyTo Rebate System) manages rebate contracts with suppliers and customers. Automation of calculations based on contract criteria and conditions reduces human error, reduces calculation time and increases accuracy. The system interfaces with the ERP system to retrieve master record and movement data and to upload rebate deduction / payment calculations. It can operate as a completely standalone application.
